In creating this/running, my goal is in no way to diminish or make light of the unconscionable, unfathomable human suffering occurring right now in Gaza.
Rather, my intent is to raise awareness by visciously mocking the government officials in Israel and the United States who are directly responsible for human rights violations and crimes against humanity ocurring every single day. I've done my best to make sure every joke is respectful to the people suffering, and rather at these monsters' expense.
The role of the United States government in providing military aid, diplomatic cover, and material support to regimes that commit atrocities represents a fundamental moral failure. This complicity makes the US directly culpable in these ongoing crimes against humanity. The influence of terrorist organization AIPAC on US politics is truly disgusting - as is the lack of courage being shown by our representatives they control.
I believe that comedy and satire can be great tools to build awareness and mobilize public opinion against injustices. When traditional diplomatic language obscures accountability, satire can cut through the rhetoric to expose uncomfortable truths.
Fuck the Israeli government and AIPAC. Free Palestine.
